I contracted another company to create an Excel automation tool that would heavily streamline some of our internal processes. The company had great reviews and seemed confident that they understood our goal. After several months and no solution, Fiverr had to cancel the order. I was much more critical in vetting my next hire. I spoke with about 10 providers. Samer was the only one who truly took a deep dive into the process we were hoping to automate. He studied the files and asked questions that showed he fully grasped every detail. We received the first revision of his delivery in less than 2 weeks. It works flawlessly, and it looks much more professional. 5 stars isn't enough.
