How to Imbue Yourself With the Power of the Banana of the Gods in Fortnite

You can get the power of the Banana of the Gods by opening chests in locations such as The Underworld or Mount Olympus. All of the Greek God-themed locations on the map have a chance for rare chests with a god theme, and those have the best chance for a banana to appear. When I was initially looking, there were multiple occasions where I could find the divine fruit around Olympus or the Underworld as soon as I landed. Just keep in mind that these areas are typically hot drops because of the loot involved.

Technically, the Banana of the Gods should be able to spawn anywhere on the map. Any time you search a produce box or a standard chest, you could get lucky enough to find the fruit. However, the odds are much lower if you land in one of the initial Chapter 5 locations. Considering the Gods in Fortnite have an odd craving for bananas over anything else, it only makes sense that they would horde them in their own realms rather than scatter them in random boxes at places like Fencing Fields.

When you find a Banana of the Gods, you can simply eat it to complete the weekly quest for imbuing the power. It’s just another one of those challenges that is based on getting lucky and finding a rare seasonal item for some easy XP. Aside from the challenge, the power itself can be a massive boon in early-game fights or in late-game battles when health gets scarce. The banana will provide a health buff that continuously heals you over time. It won’t be massive amounts of health, but just enough to keep you in the fight.

After completing your weekly quests, check out the Korra challenges in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.
