Not the best service or at least lately, been hard to get rides and when I do the driver's and not that great. Drivers slow or cancel pickup when they are close by but can't exactly complain on that driver as then another one comes in. Had to cancel and request competitor which arrived a lot quicker and without issues. But has been the same. Seems not many drivers for Lyft so likely less drivers and with less drivers less quality drivers. Glad I was on trial for Lyft pink to cancel without fee.

Never on time. Just waited 18 minutes for a ride the app kept saying was 1-3 mins away. This happens a lot. App baits & switches you regularly. Tells you driver will arrive in X minutes but always always always underestimates, often by 100% or more. X becomes 2X. 2 minutes becomes 4 minutes, then 6, then 10; but app keeps lying throughout to make you believe driver is almost there, any minute now. Untrustworthy experience & impossible to plan around.

Easy to use app, competitive pricing, and options. The one issue is selecting an address. You need to look closely. Especially when multiple locations have the same address. This ended up taking us to a different location. And we ended up paying more. I brought this issue up to customer service. They said the app can sometimes be confusing. But were unable to credit me the extra charges. Even as a pink member.
