I've been playing this game for years and love it. However, I'm having a big issue.... After every day, I get the same ad that's just a black screen. It takes you to "office suite" or something like that on Google play when clicked. I keep having to shut down the game and reload after ever day! Please fix. Also, is there a way to pay to remove ads? Update: loved the quick customer response! I hope the ad issue is fixed soon! Thank you!

Sorry to hear of the faulty ad! To remove them, we must send a video/ screenshot of the ad and the name of the ad company to our ad providers. Please send us the above info along with your device model name and system version number through the 'Help/Support' button in your game Settings. We will make sure to block the ad!

I have nothing but good things to say about this game! It is fun, relaxing, engaging, and cute! Its inclusive and has a nice story line. you are not required to spend any real money and in game gems and money are easy to earn. some ads but not too many. easy to complete levels but each one has its own challenges. characters talk in a cute gubberish language but text bubbles are in english. Overall great!!

This is a very good game, and there isn't many problems for me, however sometimes the customers are confusing and every once and a while you will get there order wrong, and I have many times but I'm just saying its a little hard to remember because some pizzas have almost every topping but one, and it gets confusing, definitely a great game for road trips or car rides, you get the point it's a great game and not many complaints, overall 5/5 and would be 10/10 if I could give it a 10/10
