The service is great-i love delivering! That said, recent changes to the app have seriously limited it's functionality. If you're delivering anywhere without perfect reception, you're gonna be asking support to complete it in the system. And now, it's impossible to deliver double orders in places with spotty reception-you can no longer program your GPS with both addresses while you're still in a good area. The app used to be functional for these issues, now I have to decline most offers.

Recommend to have extra option for customers when they get their orders themselves, besides taking photo when dropping off. And to show the address like before, not just to see it when delivering because sometimes things happen, no reception or freeze or bug, etc, so at least we know where to go. I don't see the point why we shouldn't know earlier. Thank you very much.

No flash option when prompted to scan item before dropping off. I deliver In the evening (115° during daytime here) and besides having to take an item out of the customers bagged groceries to scan it, it is time consuming trying to find a light to scan item under before leaving order at the door. Please fix. Also bring back favorite shopper option. It's hurting our earnings in a bad way. Thank you Instacart!!!!
