My connection fails or reconnects at least 6 times a day, and I'm not even home full time. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, especially if you're a gamer. Imagine being disconnected in the middle of a game. Came back after a almost 2 months service still @ss, technician stop by said something is wrong with my neighborhood but never done anything about it, and surprisingly spectrum still charging me for a service that I'm not receiving, big scam! I can't deal with that frustration anymore.

Works but if you use a non spectrum phone, it doesn't work that well. I had an apple through spectrum mobile, it needs repair. I'm using a different provider as a backup up phone. It's a Droid. App still thinks I'm using apple or it was set up for an apple, so it has some interface issues. Other than that it's a excellent application with great tech, customer service support. Has excellent resources to utilize.

Spectrum needs to revamp their APP software, or otherwise make improvements, to where they list the cable box or other equipment's serial numbers in the APP, so that customers can identify which cable box or other equipment they are trying to reboot or reset, in case they may have multiple pieces of equipment. This capability was available when they were using the Cisco DTA series, or Scientific Atlantic type of cable boxes.
