This app continues to steadily improve but is still prone to stopping or crashing *sometimes while not even in use. View your billing, manage your account and equipment, make changes, upgrade, run speed checks on router, UPnP addition or option is as simple as activating it. Security threats appear, if any, and information to avert potential issues is a good idea to look into. 41/2 ⭐

My connection fails or reconnects at least 6 times a day, and I'm not even home full time. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, especially if you're a gamer. Imagine being disconnected in the middle of a game. Came back after a almost 2 months service still @ss, technician stop by said something is wrong with my neighborhood but never done anything about it, and surprisingly spectrum still charging me for a service that I'm not receiving, big scam! I can't deal with that frustration anymore.

I know a lot of people like Spectrum, but they messed up my order(admittedly )and are trying to back out of the promotional buyout and other discounts. Stating that the "system" will not allow them to correct it, so I should cancel my service at my own cost and inconvenience. I was either lied to or their agents are very uninformed. I would not recommend these guys to anybody.
