built around the new cold damage changes, shoot up to like 5 arrows with the insane amount of multishot you're getting from primary [Frostbite] and [Vigilante Armaments].

[Shivering Contagion] will pretty much max out primary [Frostbite] stacks instantly, i chose [Heavy Caliber] over [Serration] because the less accuracy actually helps spread the multishot to cover a larger area, bonus points if your riven has a minus accuracy stat. this thing is like an explosive cold shotgun and its amazing. If you wanna add a few more forma I recommend [Cautious Shot] if your frame doesn't have overguard or you dont run unariu focus tree.

this thing does red crits, shoots a butt ton of arrows, and freezes everyone to gain additional crit damage. It's absolutely insane in steel path.

Your riven should be built around crit chance and damage if possible because the [Lenz] has a hidden stat that always 100% guarantees to apply cold procs.
