Limbo, build-wise, is incredibly versatile in how he can be customized. Due to this, adjustments can easily be made to this build depending on preference. In fact, it might be more beneficial for one to do so due to the mismatched polarity in this build (which on standard [Limbo] isn't a problem!)
In this build with the mods exactly as shown, it will provide excellent crowd control for a large space and for a long period of time. Our duration is completely maxed and our range is also incredibly high, being brought down slightly by [Narrow Minded]. [Rift Torrent] is thrown in as a bonus, but this can easily be changed out depending on one's preference.
[Rift Torrent] in this exact build will be weaker than usual due to no power strength mods and [Overextended], which reduces strength by 60%. However, with a lot of enemies in the large cataclysm, it can still stack and provide a nice damage bonus.
As previously mentioned, mods on this build like [Augur Message], [Augur Reach] and [Rift Torrent] can easily be substituted for other mods with no drawbacks. If running [Rift Torrent], you may find it worthwhile to exchange them for some power strength, like [Intensify] or [Transient Fortitude], to increase your multiplier (this is what I do personally). [Natural Talent], [Flow], [Streamline] or [Rolling Guard] are also some great picks in general that benefit [Limbo]. However, only run the power strength mods if running rift torrent: In high level content, Limbo is negligibly benefited from power strength without it. Flow/[Streamline] are not included in the base build due to [Limbo]'s passive, which gives him and teammates constant regeneration of energy in the rift, in addition to gaining 10 more energy upon every rift bound enemy killed. The exilus mod may also be swapped, but I put down [Cunning Drift] in order to emphasis the range focus of the build. It can be swapped based on player preference, though it may require forma.
This build is primarily used for open world content, excavation, interception and other gamemodes that require control over a large area. Remember to be cautious when bringing this build into corpus/corrupted missions, however: nullifiers will bring down cataclysm instantly upon contact.
This is a basic build for beginner and advanced [Limbo] players, but always make sure you communicate with your team about your ability use. Experiment with different utility mods while keeping the core ones and find out what suits your play style the most.
