This is my bizarre [Nezha] build. Once you master the build you become unstoppable.

Use your 2 (Blazing Chakram) to weaken enemies and kill them so they drop health orbs. You lose health but you get it back with the orbs, you get energy as well because of [Equilibrium] which will work most of the time.

FYI: Damage Reduction works on [Combat Discipline] so when your is 2 is active, you only lose 1 health instead of 10.

I don't recommend using any health steal or regeneration items since you won't be able to use [Equilibrium] to it's full extent.
