im running 5 casting speed shards, but you do you boo. I run this with a [Diriga] to constantly trigger [Archon Stretch] and prime viral on targets. [Diriga] will also constantly trigger [Growing Power] for that +25% strength. Bring a book secondary to generate even more energy if you feel the need. This is a Cascade level cap build, so it runs Madurai.

[Primed Sure Footed] is for added safety at high levels. Its not necessary though.
