This is just a bog standard [Acceltra] build that is obvious to everyone.
The only way I've seen to make it absolutely destroy in the Steel Path is to focus absolutely everything onto it with your build.

The way I run it is with [Gauss Prime] with Energized Munitions subsumed over his 3 and run max duration. This effectively turns the Acceltras main issue of ammo into a non issue as it'll cause every bullet to now be worth 4, in turn making his magazine size to be around 192 whilst active. Along with [Gauss]’ insane fire rate, it simply overwhelms enemies in explosive bullets.

Alongside this I ensure I run a sentinal, usually [Diriga] for priming and run all Vigilante mods on its weapon as well as running [Vigilante Pursuit] and [Vigilante Vigor] on the [Gauss]. This gives every shot we have a 30% chance to Red crit.
With the sheer amount of bullets we pump out, it's very often that we do red crit.

This is one of the most fun builds you can play in my opinion and I beg anyone to try it out.
