Mandonel fires ☢Radiation Damage projectiles. Partially charged shots release a spread and fully charged shots release a beam that dissolves into a radiation field. Projectiles that pass through the field are empowered.

When using w/ Archgun Deployer, you'll need to cast an ability at the same time you fire a charged shot in order to cancel the "recoil" animation (which SOMEHOW Primed Sure Footed/Poise/Spellbind/Rolling Guard/etc. all DO NOT stop from occurring); this is also another reason why casting speed Tau Amber Archon Shards are WONDERFUL to have

The in-game Unique Trait tooltip says 2x damage but this only applies to Impact, Puncture, Slash, & Radiation; tested extensively and the wiki also corroborates these findings
