Corrosive Projection - Personal preference, although it is hard to beat 18% enemy armor reduction.
Adaptation - Due to how Adaptation works with shields this works well as high level damage mitigation.
Primed Continuity - The base duration of both Condemn and Covenant are not high enough without at least a 50% increase. I tested both higher and lower power duration and found a maxed Primed Continuity to provide just enough duration to both abilities.
Natural Talent - While running this build you will ideally be casting Covenant on cool down, the casting time of this ability is very high and speed drift alone is not enough. Natural Talent alone is enough to improve the flow of the build.
Primed Flow - This build generates an excessive amount of energy, even when running it alone with frequent casts of Condemn. This can be replaced with Streamline, although my personal preference and recommendation is Primed Flow.
Stretch & Augur Reach - In this build Power Range is more for quality of life. I did extensive testing on how range affect Condemn while running through a mission to find what works best while running through corridors and open spaces. A +75% boost felt the most comfortable for my play style although the build can do just fine with only +45%. Power range has no effect on Penance or Covenant, but provides a generous boosts to to Thurible. The boost to Thurible has less impact due to the augment Tribunal, although having both causes a satisfying flood of energy.
Umbral Intensify & Power Drift - This is the best Power Strength improvement we can achieve without taking too much of a loss to duration or efficiency. Power Strength affects Shields gained from Condemn, Life Steal from Penance, Energy Conversion from Thurible, and Crit Chance from Covenant.
Tribunal - This is where the build becomes "Lazy". By including the [Tribunal] augment as long as Penance and Thurible are already up you can cast Condemn on large groups of enemies and both you and your allies will gain the Life Steal and Energy at a 50% rate. No mods affect this augment.
