Lost progress
I recently bought a new phone and lost all my progress. All the suggestions on the ap and customer service site have not helped. Can someone please contact me for assistance? I love the game but will not start over. UPDATE: so if you Sign in with Apple and don’t have facebook, don’t spend money💰on this game!!! Our family all played. We got new phones but our game progress for Monopoly did not transfer. We could tell in our settings when you scroll down to games and checked that the game issued us new IDs. We had other transfer issues with our phones and spent 3 hours on the phone with Apple. They corrected everything but Monopoly. Told us it was a developer issue. I’ve been back and forth on monopolys customer chat tonight with little help. We’ve spent money and love the game but we are done! I did get a response from my initial review that basically pointed me to things we’ve already tried. The customer service and chat help are terrible!🤩🤩🤩Jess and Niko responded to my chats and helped me restore my game! I will say that when logging in on our new phones, we were never prompted to select a login(FB or Apple) but after chatting with Jess, I was able to do that and now all my data is there. As the top game right now, I think the company would benefit for more human customer service because when Jess and Niko took over it went quickly.

Gave 3 ⭐️ only because I absolutely loved this game in the beginning until I realized how it’s rigged and they make it almost impossible to get stickers you need. This is my 2nd account that should be an indication of how invested I was originally. Over many months of playing this game and spending REAL money I soon realized the more i played and the more money I spent the game continues to get harder and harder and yields very little reward for your efforts. For almost two weeks I’ve opened several Purple packs from winning 1st-3rd in tournaments to only receive gold dups over and over again. Purple packs have no 4 star stickers only one 5 (which is almost always a dup gold, dup 3s, 2s and 1s. The only way to really get a new sticker is to win a wild card because the game rarely gives new 4 or 5 star stickers, which in turns makes it almost impossible to complete sets. The game just gives dup after dup after dup. Granted trading is an options but you can’t trade if you don’t have ish but golds!! I’m over it! I’m sure I’m not the only player to realize how this game is becoming more and more not worth it unless you cheat and play on APM. If you’re considering playing this game find something else, it’s fun at 1st…..that’s how they bait you in.
