Steve Rose {Buyer} March 30, 2016  I started my search for my first home in February in western NC. I searched online for houses and brokers before I traveled from FL to NC and met with several agents and viewed many homes. When I met Troy and Kelly I knew I had met the agents that I wanted to work with.

Firstly, they work very well together, you can actually feel the teamwork at play. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough and their follow up is second to none. I had no clue what it takes to buy a home and they walked me through every step, answering ever question, answering every phone call immediately or returning it within minutes and responding to each and every email quickly. I actually felt that I was their ONLY client!

I was looking for a small home, with creeks or streams, at least 2 acres and very private and they found it! They arranged a meeting with a lender for my mortgage and had all the connections necessary for me to complete the purchase. Troy traveled over an hour each way from his office to my future home on many occasions to meet with inspectors, exterminators and other workers. I don’t remember either of them saying no, we can’t do that or any negative comments at all. They are positive, upbeat and will make you feel like old friends immediately.

They explained every step of the process, gave recommendations and suggestions on how to get through the myriad of paperwork easily and really knew their stuff. I can’t imagine you will find a more dedicated, professional, responsive and friendly broker anywhere in western NC. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them.
