On a pole sticking out of the water beside the wrecked windmill. Can be seen from the central reservoir area where the bridge switches are.

Note: Only seems to spawn during the switches puzzle.

Among the rubble just outside the windmill - accessible via the path from the boathouse only after the reservoir has been drained.

After stoping the giant turbine - turn around and head to the edge to find this poor goat impaled by some mechanical teeth.

The hardest goat to spot in the game. This goat is perched on the red girders on the west side, between floors B1 - B3. You need to shoot it as the elevator is moving.

Tip: You can also stand on floor B2 and shoot the goat.

In the corner of the small room in the duct.

The final Goat of Warding is found during the endgame - after the cutscene where you throw the charge at the Megamycete, turn to the right. There will be a pool of water with spikes coming out and a statue of a lady in the middle. The goat is at the statue's feet.
