This year, most of the costs for the 2017 WordPress Community Summit (venue and catering) are being paid by WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. Europe 2017. However, we still need to raise money to subsidize travel expenses for some of our community volunteers who don’t get paid for their work on WordPress and/or whose travel expenses are significantly higher than those of EU travelers. Sponsorship Levels

Gold: Support 5 contributors attending the summit

7,500€ —  Will cover the flights/lodging of five WordPress contributors attending the summit.

Silver: Support 3 contributors attending the summit

4,500€ — Will cover the flights/lodging of three WordPress contributors attending the event

Bronze: Support 1 contributor attending the summit

1,500€ — Will cover the flights/lodging of one international contributor attending the event

Individual: Do what you can

500€ — Will help to cover the costs of lodging of one close-in EU contributor attending the event

Sponsorship of this event is support of the WordPress open sourceOpen Source Open Source denotes software for which the original source code is made freely available and may be redistributed and modified. Open Source **must be** delivered via a licensing model, see GPL. project providing scholarships for contributors to participate in the Community Summit. There will be no sponsor booths or tables.
