Who

All event and community team applicants who have successfully filled an application that has been reviewed and moved to the next step. If the application review has a favorable outcome, the applicant will receive an email with an invitation to book a group orientation with a community supporter.

In the invitation email, a link will redirect the applicant to the Orientation Calendar handbook page, where they can choose the slot that best suits them.

All slots are connected to the supporter’s Calendly booking page, so applicants can confirm their attendance by selecting the day and time, fill the required information, and click on the Schedule Event button.

After confirming a slot, both applicant and the supporter will receive a confirmation email.
