Blog Exercises: Current Events for February

Blog Exercises on Lorelle on WordPress.Every month in this series of Blog Exercises I will ask you to check the news and report on something in the news that relates to you and/or your site’s purpose. It may directly relate or indirectly. The first Current Events exercise was in January.

It’s another month and time to blog the news and current events.

Check your favorite news sources and find something related directly or indirectly to your topic and blog about it.

It doesn’t have to be complicated or a full editorial commentary on the news. Newsworthy events impact all of us, from our business to our perspective.

Blog about the impact of the economy or political state of affairs on your business or subject matter, or in the region in which you live and work. We’re still into the first month of new politicians in office in the United States and a President into his second term filled with expectations both high and low. What about newsworthy weather impacting you?

Was there a discovery made recently that could change how your business works or improve it? Scientists have been experimenting with how some plastic polymers literally freeze bullets in place and stop them. What would bullet-stopping plastics do in your business or industry?
