How to Import your Customers and Orders

To automatically import your customer and order history from your WooCommerce store(s), you have to take two actions:

You can add multiple WooCommerce stores, whether on the same WordPress install of your Jetpack CRM or external WooCommerce store(s).

From CRM v.5.2.0, connecting same-site and external, multiple WooCommerce sites is easier! We have put together a step-by-step guide to adding WooCommerce store connections in WooSync in the smoothest way possible.

Once that’s done, you can check the current sync status in the WooCommerce Sync hub from Jetpack CRM > WooSync:

Keeping up to date

The WooCommerce Sync module uses wp_cron at regular intervals to ensure nothing was missed or needed to be updated. It automatically finds new orders and customers as they’re added to WooCommerce after the initial import.
