With CiC hosting, when you have a large number of menu items in the Menu Manager of the ACP you can no longer reorder them. When you attempt to reorder the menu items, the UI updates as expected, but upon reloading the page the items are in the same place. Using developer tools, we can see that the hosting environment is returning a 414 URI Too Long error message. This is because the menu items and positions are pushed into the GET query string, rather than being submitted via POST.

Setting up an education app with Commerce that collects from students and pays out teachers for lessons. Payments for lessons work as expected. When I try to test withdrawals for the teachers I get the below message. A configuration or server error has occurred 1X200/1 Authorization error occurred. I have the same PayPal Client ID and Secret password for Withdrawals and Payments ACP > Commerce > Settings > PayPal

I added a new Full Member group (ID 14) some time ago and restricted what new members can do, automatically advancing them to the Full Member group once certain goals are hit. Mainly a way to slow down spammer by limiting their options on joining. I am trying to track down why my forum stalls for up to 15 and up 30 seconds on random events. Had Invision look into one obvious error. Doubled my self-hosted memory. Still getting these odd pauses, so I'm looking for configuration errors. Hello, I am having an issue with the event calendar for recurring events in the 'overview' view. I have a biweekly recurring event (February 13th and 27th). When I first open the calendar for the current month it only shows the 13th event: After I switch to another month, e.g. March, and then switch back to February the calendar will show the second event: Is it possible to configure the calendar for showing both events? We've set up Stripe with various payment methods and updated to the latest version. Most payment methods seem to be working fine but the WeChat payment method is not. Once the invoice is created and the customer pays there is no transaction that ever appears on the IPS side despite successful payment appearing on Stripe.

Hey, so perhaps a dumb question, but I'm setting up Subscriptions on my forum and it's been a super long while. Wanted to get clarification before I bork something and create issues. I have a user group, called "premium" to allow access to a private section of our forum, as well as unlimited uploads. Over the years, we just gave those to people that contributed consistently, but now I'd like to create a paid subscription for it. I have several hundred members that either have this as a primary user group, as well as a bunch that have this as a secondary group. Hello, We have to display the GDPR consent module on the community. We have to implement a code. Implement your Universal Tag in the website header, so that you gather users’ consent from InMobi Choice CMP before any other tags are loaded. Hi, I've never seen this before, just attempted to downloaded the latest DevTools for 4.7.17 and a virus warning showed up in Firefox v1.26.01 on Windows 11. I searched and found some people have issues/false positives when installing it but not by simply downloading it. Has it been checked? Many thanks.

When a user selects "Accept Cookies" or "Reject Cookies", they're always redirected to the homepage. Is there a way I can change that to be the same page they were on when Accepting the cookies? I see the Cookie added correctly, no problems there... And the guestTermsBar template has not been touched, so I'm not sure what to do.

I've created an announcement that should only appear in one forum and for a few groups of members. I've set the parameters accordingly. However, for one of the groups, the announcement doesn't appear. When I change the group member, the announcement appears. In short, it's as if this group prevents announcements from appearing. But I can't find where it's set. And I confirm that the group is selected (“Citya” below). Installed version : the last one (v4.7.17)

I went through the process to change the URL associated with the license we currently hold, and there was no place to actually change the URL. It went through, as now I am being made to pay $15 for another attempt when the first one was free, but again, I never got the opportunity to change it. How do I go about rectifying this? We are currently unable to access our forums due to a domain change.
