Hello, After setting up Sendgrid using the default plugin, emails work fine except for account verification and password reset links. When users try to click on the link, they are redirected to my website and encounter the issue "Site is not found." The link sent has a weird subdomain: http://url8906.example.com/ls/click The message in Error Logs: Header can not be one of the reserved keys. Refer to the documentation link. Send Grid's documentation says: The issue does not occur when using SMTP email or PHP self-hosted services. Any help would be appreciated!

I need to move a user to a new subscription. When I tried to add him, I received the message that the user already had a subscription. Deleted and canceled the subscription for the user and waited until the expiration. The subscription still shows he is a member and there is nothing under purchases. User still shows in the subscription, but without the "view purchase" option. How do I get this person the proper subscription?

Hi There, When I try to move a specific topic from Forum A to Forum B, I see a modal opening to choose at which Forum I should sent the topic, and underneath that I also get a checkbox called "Leave Link to new location" if I am checking the box and try to move the topic from Forum A to Forum B. I get an error. Check the image below. Not seeing any option in the backend to get it fixed or turning it off

I suspect there may be some computation error with cache lifetime of rss imports. I created a page with some of these widgets and set their cache lifetime to a minimum of 60 minutes (some of them have 720 minutes, 1440 minutes, etc) and none of them have below 60 minutes. After loading the page once, the widgets are supposed to cache their data without making calls to the rss services for subsequent page loads for at least 60 minutes. But that never happens as the page seem to take the same amount of real time to load after just a few minutes from last page load. I heard from members that the password reset link in their email redirects them to the home page with no opportunity to update their password. I've tested and can confirm this behaviour. There are no entries in the error logs. Thanks.

This is a very simple fix, but since it is in the JS I'm unable to do it. hello! every time this sql command runs (IPS task?) it completely spams my database and renders the entire server unresponsive. why did this start happening? this issue started after updating the software on my server to the latest versions available. also, for a while now, if i visit the badges setting in ACP, it takes a very long time to load but eventually it does.

I am trying to add custom permissions to a category. I want the bottom group to have permission to add records, however the checkbox is greyed out so I am unable to do this. Is there a setting somewhere I can change to allow this? Thanks

Is there a way - perhaps an automated way - to find members with who are are associated with the same IP addresses. Would like to use an investigative tool to help locate members are registering with multiple accounts using different names. I can see mention of this years ago - and suggesting it would be an easy tool to be added in future updates. Has it been done? Thanks! Bob

Hi, The stats in this area are not displaying. And when I click on 'view log', I receive the following error: [[Template nexus/front/clients/purchase is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I've checked the 'purchase' template - it cannot be reverted. Thanks.

Hey all. I upgraded to the Creator package, and setup my custom domain. For awhile, the icons on my main forum page were broken but I had to fiddle around with removing my custom theme and re-applying it. I did not change the theme for the admin dashboard, though, and the icons are still broken. I've attached a screenshot. To me, it seems like some kind of server cache issue, but I am having trouble finding a way to clear any of that (if I even can). Any suggestions?

Hello I have inherited an old hosted version of Invision - 4.2.6 I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version. The problem I have is that the site/upgrade tool won't run on a version of php higher than 7.4, but the upgrade process won't run on a version lower than 8.0. It's trivial for me to switch versions of PHP but I can't proceed on the upgrade tool with either version Is my only option to start with a fresh copy of the files and try and migrate content?

Some formatted text works, but often doesn't. It only affects pasted-in formatted text, not formatted in the editor. For example, a user does a copy paste of a news article with the headline and first paragraphs, with lots of formatting, it will nearly always fail. Full error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Designers Mode Import Bug. When in Designer Mode, synchronizing changes will cause templates in custom groups to be orphaned and the core_theme_templates template_set_id will be set to 0 for the template regardless of which theme set_id they belong too. I have three difference issues with designer mode and themes, and I am not sure if they are all related or not. 1. When enabling Designer's Mode, I get the following error: It seems that there is an issue with writing certain files (not all of them), and it happens every time with the exact same template files. As you can see from this image, the file is written as 0 bytes, but the content is not.
