מוזמנים למאנקיטק און דה רוף 8!! והפעם - מה לטכנולוגיה ולענף הבניה והנדלן?! יצא לנו בשנתיים האחרונות להוביל פרויקטים גדולים ומרתקים של חברות מובילות בארץ (WXG Ltd Tidhar group | קבוצת תדהר Control - Construction Management Platform פורצי הדרך ועוד..), וגילינו תעשייה שבהרבה מובנים עוד נמצאת מאחור בכל מה שקשור לניצול של הטכנולוגיה. עולם הבניה והנדל״ן משלב בין חזון לעבודת צוות, ליצירתיות וניהול, לתהליכים ארוכים, תקציבים גדולים והרבה מורכבויות. שימוש חכם בחדשנות טכנולוגית באמת שיכול לייעל תהליכים, לייצר הזדמנויות חדשות ולחסוך הרבה כסף. אז איך עושים את זה? בואו לשמוע ממי שנמצאים בחזית ולפגוש את בכירי התעשיה שמגיעים אלינו לגג הכי כיפי בעיר. בתוכנית? שקיעה, בירות קרות ו4 הרצאות קצרות. הארוע מותנה בהרשמה מראש בלינק שנמצא ממש בתגובה הראשונה עם כל הפרטים שעוד חשוב לדעת. מחכים לכם!

יש לנו צוות מטורף!!!  ובחיים שלי לא חשבתי שאני יכולה להתרגש כל כך מהקאתון! מי אני?? :)  אבל 48 השעות שהיו לנו בשבוע שעבר - 4 צוותים, שעבדו על 4 אתגרים עסקיים, של 4 חברות מובילות בישראל והביאו כל אחד פתרון מדויק, יצירתי, חדשני ובאמת מעולה, עם חוויית משתמש וואו וטכנולוגיות שאפילו לא ידעתי שאנחנו יודעים לעשות!! :) ושגם עבודה של כמה חודשים לא הייתה מביישת.. והכל באנרגיות הכי טובות, כיפיות ומעולות שיש.. רק הוכיחו לי, שוב, שהצוות שלנו, הוא באמת אחת ההצלחות הגדולות שלנו והנה אני חוגגת אותה ממש גם כאן (כי איפה אם לא:) ואני גאה במי שאנחנו - ובכם צוות קופים יקר - ברמות! ורוצה שכולם ידעו את זה!! פשוט ככה. תודה רבה וגדולה לנציגים של וויקס, גינדי, יד2 וסיבוס שהגעתם ולקחתם חלק כמנטורים ושופטים. ושרק נמשיך וניצור דברים טובים ביחד בעולם המטורלל הזה. #hackathon2024 MonkeyTech Wix Gindi Holdings Ltd. yad2 Cibus | pluxee

✨A very exciting dev kick-off meeting! ✨ We just wrapped up an intensive month of planning, concepting, and designing, and we're ready to start developing one of the most important projects we've ever worked on - a platform that aims to help fight antisemitic incidents worldwide. A tool for organizations and funders in those areas from around the world. A huge thanks to the universe (And to David Hersey) for choosing us to lead this project, especially on days like today. It's everything we could ask for. We'll share more details about this ambitious project soon. For now, we wish our amazing team tons of luck. Go do your magic! :) Our ambitious goal is to implement the MVP version within a month (!!), and we're determined to make it happen. Rumor says our swag was better than AWS's (branded paper fans!!)! :) Thank you all for coming to our Monkeytech On Da Roof 7!!  Huge thanks to Nir Glikman - Co-founder and CTO of Ontopo, and Anton Drukh - the legendary first employee and VP of Engineering at Snyk, for joining us yesterday and sharing their journey from the early days of brainstorming big ideas at our humble place to where they are now: How to build a development team, create a healthy organizational culture, deal with crises, workloads, clients, and design partners who always have something to say🕺🏼 It’s a great privilege to open our home, share the knowledge we’ve accumulated, and bring together the amazing people we’ve met along the way so we can all learn together. Thank you 🙌 to all the entrepreneurs and visionary ppl who attended; it is never taken for granted. Yes, we still hold the old-fashioned agenda that for product-development teams to work quickly, efficiently, and effectively, we need to sit together. Why? Other than the well-known fact that code that was written while the developers listened to the same music is better code?? (As if it's not enough) 🍌Because there's no substitute for the immediate answers you get when overhearing colleagues brainstorm. 🍌It shortens and streamlines communication within the team. 🍌It prevents misalignment and saves time on unnecessary meetings. 🍌Sometimes, you need a quick question answered right now, which you'd probably skip if working remotely. 🍌And there's no replacement for a teammate glancing at your screen to help you solve a challenge. Or just glancing at your screen for no reason :) For us, since day one, it has been about creating together, getting things done, and done quickly. Side by side. Done. We're grateful to have created a platform that can help and support teenagers mentally and emotionally, especially in those days. It's a web-based, anonymous, and innovative chat platform, along with a tool for coaches and organizations to give the best support possible to those who need someone to talk to. What a great use of technology. It would be worth it all if it helped even one teenager cope with this complex world. We're grateful to participate in projects like that and wish you a successful pilot. We're with you to make it happen.
