View Cart Tag is being fired before Add To Cart

Hey, I work with Google analytics and Tag Manager and I have an issue with one of my websites.

As I was creating tags I found that View Cart is being Triggered before the Add To Cart tag when I click on add to cart.

Also, the items that are Added To Cart don't show up in Debug. However, I can see the tag being fired and it shows the items in View Cart but not in Add To Cart. It shows Items Added To Cart as 0 in Google Analytics too. Could these problems be related?

Just so you know, the website is structured in a way that when the user clicks on Add to cart, it takes the user directly to the cart page.

How can I solve this?
