Hi, seems like this is the best editor fitting my needs, however I can see that it hasn't been maintained in almost a year, issues and PRs are ignored. Is this project abandoned?

Thanks :)

Hi @ignasbernotas , I'm planning to update it to a ES6 version and would love to add some features like insert image and insert table. But i cant guarantee when to start.

+1

I've been looking and its neigh impossible to find a wysiwyg with support for md. This is as close as I'll get to Typora. Would love to see it maintained.

I'd love to contribute if possible.

Also,

I accidentally npm installed something that had the name Pen. After I had a look on Npm I found this: Pen-js.

It seems to be a fork of pen. Maybe we can get him to merge his project?

@l3wi after looking into it, it's not a fork

I've recently found https://github.com/ianstormtaylor/slate. Seems to be well maintained, I'm planning to use it, but haven't had a chance yet. Might be a good alternative to Pen.
