Can we have four tipsy titles on one element? Something like:

<span title="Normal Title" data-tipsy-ctrl-title="With Ctrl Key" data-tipsy-alt-title="With Alt Key" data-tipsy-shift-title="With Shift Key">Some sentence</span>

Just an idea, but what if more than one keys are pressed at the same time?
