[Bug] Globally "Dispute Resolution Committee" should be "Membership Committee"

Description

I think what may have been called the CCGN Dispute Resolution Committee later transformed into the Membership Committee and not all references in documentation were changed.

Expectation

Either only one name should be used consistently, or if there really are two different bodies, they both need to be documented.

Let us not fixate on smallness. What is the ideal clean slate objective for our win win? If any! I am at loss of four years, bewildered. Like great ones in every state the concept is, “It is your life— no need to claim it!” There is only one outcome: adjust. Hopefully the adjustment is within ones control. Rule of thumb: simplicity, honesty, transparency, equality. Reflect it.
