Problem

The lektor-google-analytics plugin has not been updated reasonably in at least 7 years. In that time period Google has changed the way Analytics are done and has updated to a new form of property ID, called GA4.

For both reasons it should be removed.

Details

All changes necessary can be found from the original changes when introduced
