Expand post types when there are more than 5 "new" badges

What is the goal of this issue?

If there are more than 5 post types or taxonomies, they will be hidden because the Content types/Categories & tags section will be collapsed. This might be confusing, because the notification refers to a New badge which is hidden until ‘Show more’ is clicked. We should expand these sections in case there is a new content type with a New badge in order to avoid confusion.

What needs to be done to achieve the goal?

• Expanding the section would be one solution. (However we'd need think about what to do when there are many new post post types.)
• We could also put content types with a New badge at the top.

• Yes, UX should look into possible solutions.
