Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When a post has 0 words, we give confusing feedback. For instance, you can still score orange with an empty post:

Describe the solution you'd like

  • As an easy win, the 'text length' assessment should be adjusted when there are 0 words, so that it's a bit more sensible.
    • See also the feedback we show for the readability section:

    • We might also want to adjust other assessments.
  • A post with 0 words should always score red. It doesn't matter how well I've crafted my meta description, if it's an empty page.

Why do you think this feature is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?

Additional context

  • See this tweet/
  • See this Slack thread.
  • Note: Asometimes the text contains 0 words because the content is outside of default/scanned areas, like with page builders and ACF.
