Latest Posts Block - No internal links shown

Please give us a description of what happened.

When adding the core Latest Posts Block to a new post, this does not show up in the SEO analysis as internal links.

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

I would expect that as this block is a list of links this would show up as internal links in the plugin.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1. Add the core 'Latest Posts Block' to a post
2. View the SEO Analysis section.

Hmmm, I can see this happening. Though it might be related to #13235 due to the "dynamic" content, it may be worth it to handle this block as an exception.
