Problem

We're using v2 of Vale; the V3 update and subsequent minor updates after it, provides a number of new features and bug fixes.

The dynamic scripting rules in v3.2.0 seem particularly cool

Description

We will need to update Vale and move our StylesPath to the new layout. We may also then be able to (re)move references to our vale config file, as a default path is now supported.
