Note that these instructions mostly apply to anyone running the Apache web server; while there are some instructions for IIS, nothing is said about the #1 most used webserver in the world, nginx. Since nginx has a completely different philosophy, it’s not that easy as under Apache (the tradeoff is, naturally, nginx being much faster). It would be nice to give some pointers on how to accomplish the same under nginx.
