Comment added on the ticket about the dev note.

Also raised given that as extenders need to be aware of the allowed tags, should this be highlighted in the email to plugin authors. Both Jamie and I believe it should be.

Note for review check - appears to be a typo in 'compliment' on ticket to change to 'complement' for Dev Note and Field Guide later inclusion.
