Glenville is a neighborhood in the Eastern section of Cleveland, Ohio. Until the 1940s Glenville was predominantly Jewish. Since then, however, there has been a shift and today Glenville is predominantly African-American. Glenville has since been one of Cleveland's most well known and troubled sections of the city having suffered issues pertaining to racial rioting, urban decay, and similar issues.

Education

Glenville High School and its feeder schools serve the community at large.
