Tribler Streaming is a new swarming peercasting technology. It is primarily designed for video, but can also be used for just audio.

Tribler is released under the open source LGPL license. It is available for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. The current version is 3.5.0.

Tribler attempts to combine the P2P distribution concepts of bittorrent with streaming multimedia.
