In May 2024, Spotify updated its logo with a change to a new custom-created typeface called Spotify Mix. Created in partnership with Berlin-based foundry Dinamo Typefaces, Spotify Mix replaced the previously used font Circular and will be used across the Spotify platform for everything from playlists to marketing campaigns and more.
The main differences between the old and new logos are most obviously the sharp angles, as seen in the 's', 't', 'f', and 'y', the smoothness of the curves as seen in the 'p', and of course the reduction in the size of the Spotify symbol.

Spotify Wrapped took the streaming world by storm when it was launched in 2016 with a viral marketing campaign intended to promote it. Spotify Wrapped normally includes the musicians and songs a user has listened to most often throughout the year, as well as their favourite music genres.
Spotify Wrapped is released in early December each year, accompanied by billboards and television advertisements.
