Acted as an external consultant for Ciena, provider of Network Solutions and Services, as part of the HULT International Business School Action Project. With a focus on monetization, the team came up with a variety of approaches on how to leverage Ciena's core competencies and agility (as compared to their much larger, more rigid competitors).
Successfully worked in a cross-cultural team of five (5) with the following responsibilities:
- Conducted market research
