Anette Kramme visits GRAMMER in Haselmühl Last week Anette Kramme, Member of the German Bundestag and Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, visited our GRAMMER production site in Haselmühl. She was accompanied by the former District Administrator of the Amberg-Sulzbach district, Armin Nentwig, Dr. Harald Schwartz, Member of the State Parliament, Roland Strehl, Mayor of Kümmersbruck, and representatives of the company, including CEO Jens Öhlenschläger and plant manager and Supervisory Board member Klaus Bauer. During the visit, the Haselmühl plant was presented as an innovation location for modern seat production for commercial vehicles. A subsequent tour of the plant focused on innovative production processes and technologies from the Industry 4.0 environment as well as driverless transport systems. GRAMMER's initiatives to promote young talent were emphasized in order to underline the particular importance of qualified specialists for the company. During a concluding discussion round, current topics in the automotive industry and its economic challenges, such as maintaining competitiveness and financial stability, were addressed. Ms. Kramme emphasized how important it is to train qualified specialists in order to cope with the changes in the automotive industry.
