 Keep: Public domain at least as of the 1990s, for lack of copyright registration or lack of renewal.[1] Following the links above (in https://www.loc.gov/item/2014648256/) the credit is to ACME, but for ACME works, the Library of Congress searched the files of the copyright office, and a copyright registration of ACME work exists for only a few of ACME's pictures, but never any notice of renewal of ACME works.
