FaZe Clan team up with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami for the second time to release another colorway of their famous jersey and mousepad combination.

Murakami and FaZe Clan first collaborated back in June of 2021 when they released two different colored jerseys and mousepads at varying lengths. These designs followed typical Murakami fashion with a mixture of Japanese art and manga style. For the second collaboration, FaZe Clan and Murakami are releasing a Black Friday special.

Fans will be able to purchase either a black and white FaZe Clan x Murakami jersey or an extra-large mousepad on Friday, Nov. 26 at 3 p.m. ET. For the chance to obtain one of these two items, fans will have to purchase them exclusively from either fazeclan.com or thentwrk.com. Quantities of both items will be extremely limited, so being on either site right when they open will give fans the best opportunity to purchase. Prices for the two items will range between $75-$100, which is on par with the prices from the last collaboration. Most likely, the mousepad will be $75 with the jersey being $100.

FaZe Clan and Murakami’s history

Murakami’s first collaboration with an esports brand came earlier this ear with the first release of FaZe Clan x Murakami. The popular Japanese artist gave his fans a new medium to purchase his artwork in the form of a mousepad and an esports jersey. Murakami continues to attract a wide-ranging audience beyond contemporary art through his multifaceted activities including his collaboration with Louis Vuitton and focus on street culture and contemporary ceramics.

The brand’s most recent collaboration came in the form of FaZe Clan x DC Comics, which saw several of their esports teams take on DC Comic themed jerseys and memorabilia.
