Here's how you can manage guilt when prioritizing personal life over work.
This is a super interesting topic and so broadly relevant. I am however challanged by how the problem statement is positioned. In my opinion it's not about managing guilt whether over prioritizing work over personal or personal over work life. I suggest: 1. Reflect that however much of yourself you give to personal or work life that is your 100% and that !00% will vary day by day. 2. Work on being present. That means work when you work and live your personal life when you do. Let's say you decide to have a shorter day to attend your kids play, understand why you made that decision, reflect on the fact that feeling guilty about that decision leaves you hanging and not fully engaged in neither and trust yourself.
