***Job Posting*** for a Contract Facilities Engineer Essential Functions: Design and construction of SAGD Thermal Facilities Design and construction of various types of pipelines Development and maintenance of cost estimates, cost forecasts and schedules Preparation of weekly, monthly reports and various project presentations Facilitation of various technical meetings (technical reviews, information sharing, and planning) Preparation of Design Basis Memorandums, Project Execution Plans, and other technical documents Review construction execution and safety plans Monitor and enforce the corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) requirements Review pipeline survey plans for constructability Participate in model reviews and HAZOPs Ensure compliance of engineering deliverables with project specifications and all applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices. Ensure engineering contractors prepare all construction documents, and review for completeness and accuracy. Facilitate and participate in shop fabrication walkdowns and pre-commissioning Review shop inspection and field construction reports, and liaise with the engineering contractor for timely resolution of requests for information, non-conformances, and preventative and corrective actions Facilitate and participate in system walkdowns and handover Assist in the development and execution, inclusive of monitoring and surveillance, of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities Provide technical support for commissioning and operations Qualifications Include: 7 to 10 years of experience in a Project Engineer or related role in the Oil and Gas industry PMP, P.ENG. and/or Asset Certified Familiarity with SAGD facility and water Infrastructure regulatory requirements in Saskatchewan Design and Installation of SAGD facilities and infrastructure, including pipelines (Steel and HDPE) Familiar with material procurement and construction contract execution Familiar with brownfield facility construction Proven track record managing engineering and construction contractors All interested applicants can forward their CVs to: resume@emquinntechnical.com Have a safe great day.

***Job Posting*** Data Entry support with a software called “PCMS” (a Mistras software) Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Entering or fixing data in an Integrity Management software (called PCMS) Communicating with field inspectors; Reconciling and aligning data across several platforms such as SAP, PCMS, spreadsheets; Reviewing reports (various formats); Manipulating and converting data using Microsoft Excel; Reviewing drawings such P&IDs. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with a software called “PCMS”; Experience with SAP; Knowledge with equipment inspections and inspection reporting; Strong working knowledge of Excel; Competent in Office 365 applications such as; Outlook, Sharepoint and Word; Ability to recognize patterns in data; Self-motivated with the ability to work independently given appropriate guidance, and able to prioritize multiple tasks on tight deadlines; Willing to travel throughout pipeline asset locations (approximately 10%) Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license. ***Job Posting*** Asset Integrity P.Eng or Technologist You will be part of a team of Asset Integrity Technologists and Engineers that implement a wide variety of inspection, repair, risk assessment, and corrosion management technologies to ensure our client's Asset Integrity Programs are executed with optimal effectiveness. These roles interface closely with Safety, Engineering, and Operations groups while gaining exposure to all technical elements of Asset Integrity for pipelines, pressure equipment, tanks, and structural components. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years of related oil and gas industry experience A relevant technical degree or diploma with professional or certified designation would be considered an asset Pipeline experience and NACE/AMPP Corrosion courses would be considered an asset Working knowledge of the pipeline codes & standards: CSA Z662, provincial & federal jurisdictional directives or regulations Experience with pipeline maintenance work coordination API Certifications would be considered an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and integrity management software systems such as Accumap, Maxi-Trak, Abacus, or Maximo Self-starter and strong analytical skills are required Valid class 5 driver’s license and excellent safety attitude Locations: Regina or Estevan Start Date: October 2023 Hourly Rate: $100.00 - $115.00/Hour depending on experience.
