Last week, Parcel's Julie Mitchell kicked off an inspiring series for ClimateCare Canada members - all designed to help align teams while making work more satisfying for brand owners. #brandalignment #brandoptimization #brandstrategy
Working at the intersection of HVAC and SMB Leadership. I help HVAC contractors have more fun and make more 💰 Opinions and posts are my own and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of my employer or member companies.
I love our ClimateCare Canada Quarterly Meeting and Conferences! Four times a year we get together for two days of updates, training, peer support and fun! At our May meeting last week we had an important update from NFP, an Aon company on cyber security and what we need to be doing to protect ourselves and our customers. Julie Mitchell was our keynote speaker. Julie will be leading a series of seminars for ClimateCare members over the next year that we are calling Ascend! Ascend is designed to help build business acumen through the entire bench of our members’ companies. We had a really cool session and demo from Ben Reed and Bob McKeraghan on how measureQuick and improve system commissioning, troubleshooting, reduce callbacks and serve as a great remote training and supervision tool for junior techs. Sara Maenhaut, CHRL, CCP came back with a crowd favorite HR session - yes it is possible to like HR! Rick Little showed members what he’s learned leading our weekly Advance The Sale call for Comfort Advisors over the last year. And we had some fun! Julie and George B. teamed up to take home the trophy in our 2nd Annual ClimateCare Cornhole Competition! I can wait until our August GM!

Today is Day 1 of the Canadian Mental Health Association's Push-Up Challenge. By noon EST, the Parcel team completed our first 49 push-ups as we muscle through 2,000 push-ups by February 23. 😅 Why 49 push-ups? 💪 Because 49 good relationships with neighbours boost mental wellbeing. 💪 People with a weak sense of community are 4.9 times more likely to have poor mental health. And you know what builds community (and upper body strength)? Team push-ups! #inspiredeveryday
