WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced hands-on analyst who is capable of covering several analytics domains, collaborate closely with different stakeholders as well as the Data Engineering team and build Support, Finance and Platform analytics from scratch.

The ideal candidate should know how to efficiently manage multiple areas of accountability, be an independent contributor as well as manage people. We expect him/her to have an extraordinary developed stakeholders management skill along with an ability to describe complex technical concepts in simple terms.

The BizOps Data Analytics Team Lead will join the analytics team in Barcelona and will collaborate closely with multiple senior stakeholders in order to build top-notch analytics that would unlock data-driven decision making within different business areas.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our analytics team has three foundational purposes:

1. Impact directly on business metrics.
2. Advocate data-driven decisions.
3. Be proactive.

As part of the team, you will:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, design the roadmap for building domain-specific analytics and take responsibility for the corresponding deliverables.
• Develop, verify and enhance current data flow in close cooperation with Data Engineering team and Analytics team.
• Develop relevant metrics, build reporting and become an irreplaceable business partner for Support, Finance and Platform teams.
• Build the sustainable BizOps Analytics function upon successful probation period (3 months).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must haves:

• 5+ years of proven experience within product analytics, preferably in SAAS products.
• Previous experience in managing analytics teams.
• Technical background and knowledge of mathematical statistics.
• Excellent technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools).
• Accountability and the permanent ‘extra mile’ approach to any task.
• Readiness to take the responsibility and obtain high quality analytical deliverables in reasonable terms.

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
