My work covers EU and global antitrust law, including cross-border merger control and foreign investment screening, as well as antitrust investigations. My clients include financial institutions, industrials (in transition), tech companies and private equity firms.
I am also an expert in EU State aid law and have a history of advising clients in European Commission State aid restructuring procedures. Over the last years, I have also advised multinational clients on State aid and tax in front of the Commission and during subsequent appeal procedures before the EU Courts.
I enjoy the economic dynamics of competition law and building personal relationships with clients - in particular, in the new technologies and media sector as well as in energy and financial industries. More recently, I have been focusing on helping clients prepare for the upcoming EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
