A mediocre half truth

If you've seen this game from the ads, the gameplay actually is what you see in the ads, for the most part. But that's it, the side to side shooting is the most basic element of this game. Which it would be fun if not for everything this game does that every other mobile games also does that ruins a fun experience.

The artwork looks like it was made by AI, they have sneaky ways of trying to trick you into making purchases, and the game has terrible scaling for resource necessity. By the time you make it to any real challenges, it will be because they rapidly increase the difficulty to force you to go slower to convince you to spend money so you can go as fast as you went in the first section of "gameplay". There's also a summoning system but you still have to spend resources to have heroes catch up with the ones you were already working on. There's a ton of information you should know about the game ahead of time you never see in the advertisements that ultimately undermines the fact that the levels are approximately what you see in the ads, just slightly more complex at times.

If you want to play a fun mobile game, I would advise you go elsewhere because this game is only fun for the first 5 hours you could feasibly get out of it. From there, it's just chores and the constant advertising of their micro transactions.

Honest review to those interested

As someone who’s been playing roughly since release, you do get to play the levels they kind of put out in advertising(somewhat). However, after you clear out around your base from the zombie stages, you realize the zombie fighting gameplay decreases in quality(and overall showing up) and you end up with a typical base building game where you repeat the same tasks and the 2% of zombie stages like the somewhat ads will reach a stop point since power level gained by your base will prevent you from beating the level(also you will never see large balls of zombies or huge mutants coming at you, nor being able to get upgraded guns(like machine guns)or helicopters in those stages like the ads). After I’ve reached my HQ level of 20, I realized the game strongly becomes a pay to win base building game that bombards you with purchase packs(longest amount of X I had to push to finally access my HQ was 7), so much annoying that the only pack I finally got was just to get a hero that wouldn’t leave my display.

In sum, you can be a F2P as I now am, but keep in mind if you seek interest in constant in-app purchase bombardments and being demolished by pay to win players, the game does become stale and will question why you even play in events or things such as Alliance wars.

Stay away! False Advertising! Gambling! Not for ages under 18-21

Not a math game. It’s not a marching game. It’s an alliance focused base building game. I didn’t get a purchase. Reported it and they issued a refund that locked me out until I paid the refund back. Gambling is rigged, it rewards players who spend less money more, while usurping players who regularly spend more, to get them to spend more. It’s rare that any purchases are straight forward. You only get to play the advertise game when you upgrade your headquarters. Headquarters Max out at level 30 and by the time you get into level 20 and above, you’re very rarely ever playing the game you downloaded this for. The game is intentionally addictive and it has gambling. Furthermore, unless you get into the server when it first starts or spend a lot of money, you’ll never be a top player. So there’s constant bullying and a constant waste of resources and troops. There is constant conflict, it is a war game. Customer service is useless, and rarely apologetic. This game is designed to hook people and build relationships so you don’t leave. Then you and the other players that are hooked are feeding off each other, spending more and more money on their ridiculous little events. Not once have I ever spent money on this game and felt like I got fair values in return. they are making tens of millions of dollars a month. They don’t need any new players, they need to be sued.
