App sucks

A Help line Agent told me to always phone in any desired changes, as any desired changes have delayed effective dates that are not clear in the app.

App shows pay per use charges, without showing totals or $ amounts.

Changes get the message “You have changed your plan midcycle” and it takes 2-3 months before the usage graph catches up.

I would say always check the app for charges and changes you’ve made with date and time. Also check and record dates, time and amounts you been charged.

If you can’t count on the app showing correct data, what’s the point of having an app at all?

Please make available over WIFI

Decent layout, however, you can’t check it over wifi which is an extreme disadvantage. I don’t have data, so I have to switch it on - and it takes data from the other apps I have. Please correct.

Fails hard at the one thing it would be useful for

The app showed me accurate data usage for two days and then for the rest of the month it said that info was not available because I supposedly changed my plan (I didn’t). I spent the rest of the month wondering how close I was to my data limit.
PC Mobile brands itself as the hands-off provider but doesn’t have the tools for you to to accomplish the ‘D’ in DIY.
