― Filly, New Leaf

Filly Gallery

Filly (7ごう, Nana Gō?, #7) is a normal horse villager that first appeared in Happy Home Designer.[1] Her name is derived from "fillies", the name for female baby horses. She was part of a special 7-Eleven collaboration.[1] She was available in Happy Home Designer as DLC from July 30th, 2015 to September 30th, 2017. By her appearance, it is implied that she is part of a team with Kid Cat ("Number 1"), Agent S ("Number 2"), Big Top ("Number 3"), and Rocket ("Number 4").

Returning in New Leaf, Filly was exclusive to Japan, where her RV could be invited via the campground's Wi-Fi option while at a participating 7-11 from November 4th, 2016 to January 5th, 2017[2]. However, although her furniture could be ordered, she couldn't be invited to live in the town. Her favorite saying is "One horse against the world."

Appearance[]

Filly is a yellow horse categorized within the ranks of the superhero characters. Just like Kid Cat, Agent S, Big Top, and Rocket, she sports a yellow helmet and an outfit both marked with their according number, branded with the 7-Eleven logo. Her legs and arms are striped with black and white and both her hooves and hands are brown with black on the top.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality. For more information, click here.

Filly has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Filly may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Filly will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.

House[]

Filly has various pieces of the 7-Eleven collaboration series within her house.

Trivia[]

  • She was created especially for Happy Home Designer as a new character, just like Felyne.
  • Her name is a reference to the fact that young female horses are called fillies.
  • In a similar case to Holden, her picture frame can only be obtained through hacking the game in Welcome amiibo. The item is listed as unused, but it shows a unique saying. Despite this, the frame displays Cleo instead.
  • She shares a birthday with Victoria. Both of their birthdays are on July 11th.
  • Adding on to the whole birthday thing, Filly's birthday being the 11th of July is special because of some countries putting the month before the day; therefore Filly's birthday would be written as 7/11, which is the company she is based off of.
